RISE Unlimited Terms
- $3,000, paid once, starts 1:1 coaching that lasts until you accept a job offer.
- Nothing more is due when you're hired.
- Support continues while you're actively taking part. 30 days of no contact pauses it, and after 60 days RISE Careers may end it.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- We guarantee our support, not a job, salary or timeline.
The full terms below are what you agree to.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you ("Client") and Chris Pyeatt, operating as RISE Careers ("RISE Careers"). By checking the box on the RISE Unlimited page and paying the $3,000 program fee, you agree to these terms. Your electronic acceptance counts as your signature. The date you pay is your Start Date.
2. Services
RISE Careers will provide 1:1 career coaching following the RISE Method, continuing until you are hired:
- Results (Week 1)
- Image (Week 2)
- Story (Week 3)
- Execute (Week 4 until hired)
This includes unlimited text and message support throughout the engagement. Coaching is faith-informed, grounded in the belief that every person has God-given value the market deserves to see.
3. Support period
RISE Careers will provide coaching support from your Start Date until you accept a written job offer, with no time limit and no additional charge beyond the fee in Section 4. Support continues as long as you are actively taking part as described in Section 5. If you do not attend scheduled sessions or respond to communications for thirty (30) consecutive days, support will pause until you resume. After sixty (60) consecutive days of inactivity, RISE Careers may end the engagement by written notice, with no refund due.
4. Payment
- Program fee: $3,000, due when you sign up and required to begin.
- Placement fee: $0. Nothing more is due when you accept a job offer.
Payments are made through a payment link provided by RISE Careers. All payments are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sessions and respond to messages within 48 hours
- Apply to target roles and follow the outreach plan we build together
- Complete assignments, resume drafts and interview preparation between sessions
- Give honest and complete information about your career history, goals and pay
- Tell RISE Careers promptly when you receive and accept a job offer
6. Sharing your story
RISE Careers may share your general career outcome (such as role type, pay increase and timeline) and any testimonial you choose to give in its marketing, including the website, LinkedIn, YouTube and sales materials. Your full name, employer, location or photo will only be shared with your written approval. You can withdraw permission anytime by emailing chris@rise-careers.com, and it applies to future use.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep sensitive information shared during coaching confidential. RISE Careers will not share your personal career details, salary or job search activity with anyone without your written consent, except as described in Section 6.
8. What we guarantee, and what we don't
RISE Careers guarantees its coaching support until you accept a written job offer, subject to Sections 3 and 5. RISE Careers does not guarantee a job, salary or timeline. Results depend on many things, including your qualifications, effort and the job market. Client results shared on this website are individual results, not promises. RISE Careers' total liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you've paid.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, it will go to binding arbitration in Washington County, Utah.
10. Entire agreement
These terms are the full agreement between you and RISE Careers for RISE Unlimited and replace any earlier discussions. Changes must be in writing and agreed to by both parties.
