Why I Built This

God has a plan for your career.
And it includes being paid what you're worth.

I never planned to live in Utah. My wife and I felt called there — by faith, not by logic. We had never lived there a day in our lives. But we believed God had a plan and that if we acted on that faith, He would provide a way.

So we went. I prayed every day. I acted every day. Sometimes I had 3 interviews in a single day. Then I made one strategic change — I stopped sending applications into the void and started telling my story to the right people.

A C-Suite executive reached out. We talked from my car outside a family member's home. Weeks later I was hired — for a position they created specifically for me, in an industry I had never worked in, at double the salary they originally offered.

God didn't just provide. He provided abundantly. And I believe He will do the same for you.
